The Indianapolis Racers Traval Hockey Association (IRTHA) was created in 2005 as a merger between the Indianapolis Youth Hockey Association (IYHA) of Carmel, the Central Indiana Youth Hockey Association (CIYHA) of Westfield and the Indianapolis Amateur Hockey Association (IAHA) of Indianapolis. It includes representation from the Fishers Youth Hockey Association (FYHA) of Fishers as well. IRTHA is the travel hockey association for Indianapolis travel hockey. All-Star teams and house, or recreation league hockey, is still organized and coordinated by IYHA, IAHA and FYHA.
